  • Small Group FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH Training Session Times (50 minutes)

Mon/Wed/Fri: 

5:30 am, 6:40am, 8:00am, 9:15am, 12:15pm, 4:30 pm, 6:00pm 

  • GET SHREDDED (40 minutes) aka Met-Con/Cardio such as sleds, battling ropes, farmer carries, rowers, air dyne bikes, agility, speed work, plyometrics. I think you get the idea. This is for ALL Fitness Levels. Great for beginners as you go at your own pace.

Tues/Thurs: 8:00am, 9:15 am, 4:30pm

Saturday: 8:00am, 9:15 am 

Sun: REST DAY
